Every spring we’re at it again. Desperate to lose belly fat and wondering how to get a six pack so that we can feel confident at the beach. Another benefit of eating that often is that you stabilize your blood sugar, which keeps your insulin levels (and its fat storage properties) stable and it gives you consistent energy throughout the day.To get your six pack and stay lean you will need to avoid high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and trans fats. HFCS is found in just about every sweetened beverage on the market and trans fats may be responsible for heart disease, diabetes, sexual dysfunction and various cancers. These offer no nutritional benefit whatsoever. I believe that if you follow the guidelines for a healthy diet as detailed above, you will begin to see the changes physically in as little as 4-6 weeks. Once you do your cravings for the unhealthy stuff will diminish, you’ll make better choices and your transformation will begin. You then decide how far you want to go, how lean you want to get.
